Use this form to notify a Change of Closedown Operators for an existing repeater or digital node.

| COVERAGE PREDICTION MAP REQUEST FORM
This is a free service offered to Repeater Keepers and prospective repeater or digital voice node applicants to have a predictive coverage plot for their application or existing repeater.
The subsequent plot will be accepted by the RSGB and Ofcom to accompany the application as long as the parameter set remains unchanged.
The service is NOT mandatory and applicants can furnish their own coverage maps if they wish.

Please note that form type e5 is used by the ETCC to request frequencies from the primary user/s in cases where applications are on bands in which radio amateurs have secondary user status.
The form is not available to applicants, but the ETCC will advise Keepers which frequencies are being requested on their behalf.
